Exchange License

ProjectX, through its parent company Sim2Funded Solutions, LLC, is a licensed data redistributor from the CME.

We maintain our own data feed directly and do not rely on third party connections or providers. This allows us to provide our traders data sourced directly from the exchange(s), unfiltered.

Required Agreements

Upon your first time logging into the platform, you will be required to complete various market data entitlement and platform usage agreements. These include our CME ILA agreement, Non-Pro / Pro self certification, and our market data terms of use.

Data Centers

The ProjectX primary market data servers are located in Northern Virginia. All traders, regardless of their geographic location, will connect to this region for market data. ProjectX uses advanced cloud computing technology, including the Amazon AWS global accelerator private backhaul, for connections to these data centers from cloud computing edge locations across the globe. Regardless of this technology, any disruption between the trader's PC and our market data servers are out of our control. Traders are encourage to have the most reliable, hard wired connection possible when using our services.

Performance

In order to provide the best experience for active professional level day traders, ProjectX is a compute and render intensive web application requiring a moderate to high end machine and fast, reliable data connection. Our data updates at a refresh interval of 50ms on the 'fast', compared to some web based charting / trading platforms who update at 750ms or greater.

This can cause issues on slow or under performant machines or for traders located at far distances geographically from our data plants located in Northern Virginia, USA.

If you are expericing slowness, or chat lag, please take these basic troubleshooting steps: - Ensure you are hardwired to a reliable internet connection. Use a website to check your connection quality (not speed test) to USA based servers. - Lower your market data refresh rate to 'Slow'. - Switch to a single chart, with no indicators; only adding indicators and charts if no issues.
